Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with school personnel to identify children who would benefit from small group literacy support using STAR assessment data.
• Oversee and support literacy tutors trained by Save the Children in delivering:
• Read Aloud sessions
• Skill Building activities
• Provide guidance and feedback to tutors on best practices and effective literacy strategies.
• Personally implement literacy sessions:
• Conducting rotations alongside tutors
• Leading sessions in the absence of a tutor
• Other Duties as assigned..
